How can i get his attention?

Ok so i started texting this guy aka Kendall. and hes a total babe but kinda a man but idk i kinda have always had a little crush well over the week when he played our varsity team he came up to me and asked for my number while I was cheer leading! So we texted that night but then now i kinda feel like im bothering him or like a hle when i text him but occasionally he texts me and we play his team in 4 days! Idk i need to find a way to get his attention but appropriately lol idk i need some conversation starters so he just doesn't think im some crazy stalker girl lol - Any help?
