Did McDonalds refuse to serve hamburgers today ..........?

I'm sure the reason was entirely economic. Imagine that in a small town like yours, they had to cook exactly one 99 cent hamburger Happy Meal just for your daughter today. How much do you think they would need to charge to break even? $5 or more? McDonald's is built on the economy of scale, not individualized attention. Happy Easter.
