Can I buy boots that are a size smaller than my regular foot size?

why in the world would you buy boots that are too small, Wolverine's are a good choice as it's the only boot I ware because of the way they fit and there anti slip soles, Highly recommended for tractor mechanics that work in an oily mess all day and don't want there feet hurting by the end of the day, tried the Red wings but didn't like them as much, as far as steel toe you wont notice any difference in weight in most cases, but you'll be glad you have them if something falls on your toes, if your using them for there intended use, Work Boots they really really really need to fit right, an ill fitting boot can ruin your day in a hurry
