Are there any good websites to get novelty contacts from?

I've seen websites that I can order contact lenses from, but a lot of the prices were over-the-top.. Does anyone know, or can anyone recommend - me some sites to get them from? Or do you think they're a waste of money. All opinions appreciated, ..Thanks, :)
