Conservatives...how can you justify...?

The US falls all over itself helping foriegn countries that hate us. It's a cynical attempt to curry favor. I guess the folks in New Orleans need to hate America more, maybe take up terrorism - then the Administration will finally throw C-130s full of money at them to 'win thier hearts and minds.'
