Ok, so I called DCFS....(see my most recent question)?

and I since I know she has warrants, I will inform the authorities of her whereabouts tomorrow night when she drops my daughter off for visitation. I will then file for a modification of final judgment to obtain primary residential responsibility of my daughter ( i currently have shared parental responsibility and standard visitation). I know this seems as though I am taking my daughter away from her mother but you just don't realize how my daughter will turn out if she continues to be raised full time by this mother. I am simply offering my daughter a more stable, supervised, constant, loving life. Now that said, any other suggestions for what else I should be doing at this point??? and yes, i am writing this under my wife's sign on for those who won't read thoroughly and ume this is a woman writing this...
