How to help my mom after married?

My dad expired 10yrs back from them me and my mom and my elder brother stay at granny home. My mom gave all her money and property to granny and we stayed there. But from past 5years she is giving lot of torture. I got married recently. My mom does not like staying in granny home she cant bare torture any more. She has decided to stay with me or seeking my help to make some arrangements to make her a home and cover her living expenditure but i cant allow as my hubby family may make this an issue. And i can’t afford to make a home and buy her new utensils. Am working i earn bit less. Am thinking to arrange my mom to stay at paying guest and myself to pay the monthly expenditure so that is low of cost. My brother is waste fellow don’t have any responsibility. I don’t know how to help my mom. My mom is a 40yrs old and uneducated but cooks well for 50 people alone. I had an idea to rent a home and parallel set up a mess business for her but cant afford that much. Looking for valuable suggestions please.
