Is my girlfriend being impossible? Why or why not?

My girlfriend and I have an argument because I'm leaving to another state to be with her Monday. She starts to chew me out because I haven't finished packing, mind you it's only Saturday. But I promised I'd do it a couple days ago, which doesn't even make sense by the way, cus I have to re dig through stuff already to get dressed and for pajamas. But that's not the problem. My girlfrind told me for what ever reason that if I hang up on her ever again that she was going to leave me. Ok, so After argueing for about twenty minutes of telling her that I have been sick and very busy saying good bye to family and friends and trying to sell our car. She the calls me a lier about 5 times after I have previously told that it is the most insulting thing she can even say to me, because I am the one the most honest people ether of us knows (she says this ALOT to me) and I pride my self on it because I don't have much to be proud about (meaning no accomplishments worth bragging about) . I then told her that, "I'm going to have to go I have a head ache and I don't feel good, I love you bye." (Without any sarcasm at all and a very loving voice). And I hung up. She then calls me back to break up. Mind you she still wants me to move in with her, the only reason I can see for this is to falsely convience me that we won't be phisical for a while, and to try and teach me a lesson about hanging up on her, which I don't even do every 3 months, but I did do it a week ago. She says it's still disrespectful, and I'm just like w(t)f, you just called me a lier like 5 times.
