How much should I sell my car for?

It is a 1997 Mercury Sable GS. 160,093 miles. Transmission good. Engine good. Basically, everything is good...but it has physical damage. The windshield is crack (I'm getting that fix). The front-seat carpet and seats need to be shampoo. (I'm getting that done). The dashboard lights don't work. Needs a new A/C control panel. The car was given to me to drive while mines was getting fixed. Now that it's fixed...I WANT THIS GONE! Kelly Blue Book valued the car at $1975. Seeing that it has damage, I was thinking $900-$1000. Does that sound right? Do I need to go higher? Do I need to go lower? I just want to sell it at the correct price.
