The infamous ERROR #1?

I have an ATT/Yahoo PREMIUM with a sbc global.net email and now I cannot open open due to ERROR #1...it tell me to open email in yahoo mail and still the same problem. Don't understand if I PAY for this service I cannot get better support service.
