Does getting premed prerequisites from an urban community college negatively affect MD admissions?

I have an undergrad BA from 2005 and am considering medical school to become an OBGYN doctor. I have a lot of calculus from undergrad but no sciences so I need to take everything. Is it better to go somewhere prestigious like Northwestern for my prerequisites or is it okay to go to a local community college to save money. Also thinking I might be able to get better grades from a community college than a university. I have a 3.5 undergrad GPA and would like to have above a 3.5 for my sciences. Any thoughts much appreciated!!
