Could I possibly have gotten type 2 diabetes over the past 2 weeks ?!?!?!?

Okay so I have been on a new diet for muscle m gaining . I am currently 168 lb 6'0 lean active teenager age 16 . I played soccer almost all my life , I have no record of my family being diabetics , and I go to the gym 6 times a week for 1-2 hours of exercise . Recently the past week I have been consuming around 2800-3000 calories to bulk up , but I noticed that my sugar intake is really high, some days 80 some days a little over 100 . I started getting really worried when I had to go to the bathroom every 2 -3 hours to urinate . I drink plenty of liquids throughout the day . I consume a lot of water during my exercise and throughout the day , 3 liquid protein shakes a day , and a preworkout supplement that is liquid . Could this be the problem ? I also have been taking in alot of sodium and not enough potium . My sodium intake is around the 5000 . I dont have any burning when I urinate , so I dont think its a UTI . Im thinking its either I drink alot of fluids throughout the day , or my sodium intake is too high . Somebody help !
