What is the name of the exhibition in the national gallery DC that features "nothingness" "emptiness" ?

I saw a painting/print there it was mostly black with faint white letters in the background that you had to come up really close to read. I enjoyed it and would really appreciate it if someone could tell me the name of it or at least lead me in the right direction. Thanks.
