New introduction of TATA NANO to indian market is healthier to environment or not?

Imagine millions of two cyl little cars sitting and idling in traffic along with cabs motorbikes all with there horns blaring! Get the picture? TATA motors is just there to make money with a car that will be like the 2CV in France, VW in Germany, Ford Model T in the USA, Morris Mini in the UK. Each civilization taking to cars is only going to make more carbon pollution. And heaven help us when China Gets cars for everyone over there.
