Lots of hair questions.....................…

at the moment my hair is a little bit past my shoulders and i was wondering how long it will take to grow as far as my bottom?also what shape of a face would be best to have if you want hair as long as i want?if anyone knows how to increase hair growth please reply,tanx XxXxXx
