How much are the Third Age armor sets in runescape?

Well I have 79 mining, which I am training to 99, so I can mine runite. From what I hear, is the Third Age warrior/melee armor set worth around 250 mil or has the price decreased to around 110 mil? Im going to be a member soon, but I just want to get these numbers accurate. Also how much are the Third Age Range and Magic armor set worth too?
