Has anybody heard about MOUTEN GROUP INC? i received email for job opening.Are they scams?

The Mouten Group is located in Rochester NY. Phone # 585-200-5727. I have also received such an email. I called up the company to enquire. I have not heard back from them. Once you reply to the email the original email disappears. It looks like a scam.
